Engaging Training’s Instructional Designers bring experience designing, developing, and delivering custom technical and business skill training programs. Our Instructional Designers bring a professional and purposeful approach to igniting learning experiences for all adult learners, whether in the classroom or online. Our formal technical methodologies are SAT + ADDIE. The ADDIE development model, which includes five key phases—Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This represents a dynamic, flexible guideline for building effective training and performance support tools. By integrating the SAT model and ADDIE development model with rapid prototyping, Engaging Training is able to provide visibility in the development of the final product throughout the design and development cycle and to assure the alignment of business objectives, development requirements, and expectations in modular phases to support interdisciplinary project development.
